Tianjin Jiuxin Steel Co., Ltd. was founded in 1996 by Mr. Man and his friends in Tianjin, China. They began by supplying carbon steel products to small and large companies that were neglected by the shrinking distribution markets in developing countries and regions around the world. 

Jiuxin Steel's second factory opened in Jinan, Shandong, in 2006, providing the same high-quality carbon steel products and expertise to burgeoning developing countries. In 2007, a full range of carbon steel plates and carbon steel coils were added to the product inventory. By 2012, the Jinan factory had doubled in size, adding more equipment to better serve ADM's customers. 

Today, Tianjin Jiuxin Steel Co., Ltd. is a second-generation family-run business, led by Mr. Man's son, who serves as the Chairman of the Board and CEO.
